We do have 3 categories on our service contract which can be explained on enquiry.

Preventative maintenance

Eden Elevators performs preventative maintenance at regular intervals to ensure that lifts under its maintenance programme are both safe to and reliable. Our emergency desk call out is available 24 hours.
 

Maintenance Contracts

Comprehensive
Comprehensive maintenance includes all parts and service breakdowns. We do have 3 services cover for you to choose the one that is convenience to you. We respond to breakdowns the same day.
Orange
This contract covers all call outs and scheduled maintenance during business hours. Regular checks are included with this contract type.
Banana
This simple contract ensures that your equipment is compliant with safety laws and standards to minimise breakdowns. Any extra work is charged separately is excluded from contract price.

Emergency call centre

Our emergency call centre is available 24 hours and everybody at Eden Elevators knows what it means to attend an emergency. Feel free to contact us any time. All our technical staff is very much experienced to handle Schindler, Kone, Otis, Mitsubishi, Fuji and other brands from China.
